The unique licensing of Monte Vista Village allows us to promote our 'Aging in Place' philosophy. Our license allows us to offer our residents the opportunity to truly settle in their home and not have to worry about their health changing.

'Aging in Place' allows freedom for changing circumstances such as those listed below:

• If your health condition should change, Assisted Living services will be adjusted to meet your changing needs.
• As couples age at different paces, we are able to allow you to stay in the comfort of your apartment home, and personalized services are delivered when needed.
