Transportation Services

Transportation at Monte Vista Village is provided throughout the week, which normally includes the following schedule:

Weekly Transportation Schedule

Monday-Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Medical transportation
Tuesday, Thursday – Shopping and outings
Sunday, 7:15 a.m. to 12:00 noon – Local churches
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Scenic ride in San Diego

Monthly Transportation Schedule

1st Tuesday, 11:45 a.m. until ? – Casino Day
2nd and 3rd Tuesdays – Lunch at various interesting restaurants over the noon hour

Our van drivers will drive you to your medical appointments, shopping, and run personal errands.

Each week there are van outings and excursions to places like museums, parks, historic sites and other destinations chosen by our residents.

Monte Vista Village also has evening transportation by special arrangement for special outings such as the symphony, concerts and plays.
